Refund and cancellation policy

  • A full refund will be given if AMCA Australia is notified in writing within 5 days of the course commencement date. Student substitutions will be considered if they fit the course criteria. Notification must be in writing.
  • A non-refundable enrolment fee of $130.00 applies for cancellations made after the 5-day deadline. This fee is included in the total course cost.
  • Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to the original course date. A $130.00 transfer fee applies after this date.
  • AMCA Australia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient registrations or events beyond its control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
